And perhaps that Intuit Investment into SONE along with SONEs ability to integrate, license and uniquely brand Intuits Tax and Payroll service tipped the scale on that entire deal?

Benny,

there certainly will be web-based services that start to compete with QuickBooks in some ways, but this isn't it. (But then, QuickBooks, you could assume, will be moving in the other direction as well).

You may see some interesting news in connection with the press release you mention in the next month or two.
