I don't understand the statement "its all buys".

At the risk of starting a flame war, I assert that this is BS in the vein of Pollyanna.

For every trade there is a buyer, and a seller. The fact that a particular trade took place at a certain price says nothing.

The size of the trade might indicate if an institution-institution transaction is involved, but then what happens when an institution wants to buy, and individuals are selling for example. How much are the market makers prepared to buffer up the small sells, and risk being left holding the baby? My guess is not much.
