let's say PriceLine drops to below IPO... would you buy it... I wouldn't... you see, if it couldn't sustain a reasonably high level, how do you know that it'll ever get back there again... the risk with IPOs is that it's more like a hit or miss situation, the risk with buying into a new company that is at a low after a high, is more like wishfull thinking to me... of course the same does not hold for well established companies that have been around for a long time and are actually making profits or have been in the past...

STOCKaHOLIC : That is my strategy for the lesser known, non GS underwritten.

I tend to pass on the lesser known, did get VERT knowing B2B angle.
