AOL keeps testing lowelevels day after day! I read a post on this thread that talks about the reverse split???? Do you know where AOL
is going? Do you really believe that this stock, or let say the Internet stocks are done with and will never rise again!
Some times ago I posted a comment by a Swiss analyst that AOL will
go down to 80's and I got hate posts!

Has there been any down-grades on AOL? Why the stock is losing?

Thank you in advance for your comments,

yaacov

Smart Investor, I don't know if we'll be up a lot this PM. I checked with my boker at Merrill about " T margin calls ": it is issued by the Feds when you are down to 25% of your equity. It is a more urgent call than the one issued by Merrill which occurs when you are down to 30% of your initial equity.
However you have 3 days to settle both.

The interesting thing is that a lot of the e-brokers give you only 1 day and want you to sell the same day. This is where I think a lot of day traders got burned.
My feelings now are that the big boys are still in control as they have always been. They will continue to manipulate the market until they can shake out every loose limb off the tree.
We have not had a wash out. All we had were a couple of mini-washouts: yesterday PM and this AM. Still a lot of holders.
Many Inets are not at their 200 day Moving average where usually solid support is found.
So MMs I think know it and will try to shake some more.

I am looking to buy some more. Fortunately in the last 2 days my total gains have fluctuated down only 1% on my networth <g>.

However if somebody can sweat this one out I reccommend that. The strong inets will boomerang out again,

All IMHO,

back later,

TA

Looks like we will have a decent rally this afternoon. It should be a great day based
on the durable goods order report. Traders just want to take advantage of the fear
by many small investors and drive it a little ower so they can get your shares even
cheaper.
