From CNN: President Clinton's approval rating has dropped seven points in the last two weeks amid growing opposition to the NATO airstrikes in Kosovo, a new CNN/USA TODAY/Gallup poll shows. Clinton's approval rating, now at 53 percent, is the lowest of his second term. And 82 percent of Americans favor a temporary halt to the airstrikes while the U.S. and NATO attempted to resolve the matter through negotiations and other means.
