Short Interest for May is 398,339 compared with 324,206 in April and 305,206 in March. (from nasdaq.com)

I noticed that there were wide price gaps in the minute to minute trades yesterday that I had not noticed before, but I don't have a resource to post an example.

Outstanding technical info in this month's Infostor.

An article (1 of 2) by the LCSE's Thomas Ruwart on the "Performance characterization of large FC-AL loops, part 1". References Ancor as one of the companies making "generous equipment loans" but nothing specific about Ancor switches. I have not absorbed all the info yet and will post a summary later. The entire conference is also available on CD-ROM [16th IEEE Symposium on Mass Storage Systems and Technologies Conference, March 1999] through the IEEE with a significant discount to members.

I mention this here, because this is the conference that was posted on this thread in March, but we could not get the details other than it was on FC-AL.

InforStor also contains interesting articles written by others in the industry. Unfortunately, the above article is not available in print on their internet site (infostor.com)

All - Interesting tidbit - Brocade just traded up for the day at 1.5 times ancr's total market cap. When the investors start reading the S1, they will find ancr as the only named competitor. Then I think the fun will start.

Eleder - 90% is a huge percentage to me i.e.-almost always happens. We filled the gaps down and moved off of support at 8 with confidence. I'm holding for the ride up (also held on the ride down)

P.S. We have now re-established support at 9 1/8.
