Ignatz,

This question came up a couple of weeks ago (so you may want to do a search) but the short answer is no -- Merced was originally scheduled to ship before Rambus and as the schedule on Merced slipped, it didn't make sense to pile more on.

Is Merced going to use with Rambus?
It is actually the memory controller chipset and not the CPU that determines if the system will use Rambus.
