grantsi .. the only way anyone else can read your e-mail is if they have your password. Again, when I send you an e-mail, I'm using your password to encrypt it - you then use your password to decrypt it. If the company has a policy such that an administrator knows everyone's password, that's another issue. But simply having the same encryption software does not allow you to read everyone's e-mail.
