MB - - Zinc market makes a slight recovery 6/9/99 18:27 June 9 (Metal Bulletin) - The LME zinc market has marginally improved since prices fell after the funds left the base metals complex. Zinc was trading at $1,017 per tonne on June 9, having been at $980 per tonne only a week earlier. Market sources do not expect the market to fall in the short term and hope to see further gains in the coming weeks.
