Is English your second language? I really don't give a rat's ass about MDM management, current or past. You posted an "arb" suggestion. Would you please post the EXACT facts? That's the issue. I happen to be operating from a different set of facts. I do not have the information that you rightly pointed out is alluded to in the prospectus but apparently fully contained in another document. If you don't have this data either, just say so, and we can go on with a rant. If you do, please post.
