The internet IPO craze reminds me of the Vancouver stock exchange--the "the scam capital of the world," according to the WSJ a couple of years ago.

So if you are an internut stock speculator what are you going to do? You, I think, will take what money you have and spread it around more and more and more. Same amount of money chasing more issues. Prices come down. No rocket science here.
