..yes, but the process distorts the financial statements, since it hides the true compensation cost. You read the footnotes, and have made an informed decision, but I do not have the same confidence in all investors. -mb

Bgr, If you earn interest on the cash you generate from selling put warrants, it most definitely goes to eps.
