Ditto. Most of the longs have other fish to fry, so to speak...this is such a great stock, don't have to do much other than not sell...and as far as the lack of interest...there is PLENTY of interest, it's just that most of the longer holders got fed up with the ignorance shown by the bashers...why even pay attention to them? It's pretty hideous at RB, some very personal attacks...seems smarter to stay out of the fray and watch it all unfold.

Delco Remy and Microphonics Team Up

With ISM Racing for Indy 500

INDIANAPOLIS, May 27, 1999-- Delco Remy International, Inc. (NYSE: RMY) and Microphonics (NYSE: MRPS) have teamed with Thermo Tech (OTC BB: TTRIF) and Prolong (AMEX: PRL) in sponsoring ISM Racing and its driver Steve Knapp in the 83rd running of the Indianapolis 500. ISM Racing is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISM Holding Corp. (OTC BB: ISMH).

It is the second straight year that Delco Remy of Anderson, Indiana, has sponsored Knapp and the ISM Racing team. With the support of Delco Remy and Microphonics, Knapp, last season's Indianapolis 500 Bank One Rookie of the Year, qualified on the inside of Row Five (13th position) at an average speed of 221.502 mph. This year Knapp hopes to improve on his third-place finish in auto racing's premiere event. The purse for this year's Indianapolis 500 will not be determined until the day after the race, but it is expected to top the 8-million-dollar-plus purse of 1998.

Regarding the sponsorship, ISM Racing president Bob Hancher stated, "We are extremely pleased that Delco Remy and Microphonics are joining our effort along with Prolong and Thermo Tech. We will do everything we can during the race to pursue the top spot and make sure our sponsors all get maximum exposure."

Knapp agreed with Hancher, saying, "I'm very happy Delco Remy and Microphonics have come through with their support. I'm looking forward to representing them in the race and I will do what I can to win the race, not only for myself, but for them as well. They have helped make this possible."

Delco Remy designs, manufactures, remanufactures and distributes electrical, powertrain/drivetrain and related components for automobiles and light trucks, medium and heavy-duty trucks and other heavy-duty off-road vehicles. Delco Remy products include starter motors, alternators, traction control systems, engines, transmissions, torque converters and fuel systems.

Microphonics, founded in 1990 in Nashville, Tennessee, has developed a high-tech mechanical ultrasound diagnostic device that detects the presence of ultrasonic sound waves and translates those waves for the human ear. According to Microphonics, this hand-held Ultraphonic Detector is so exact that it can detect a hole half the thickness of a human hair. It can pinpoint and identify leaks, predict mechanical malfunctions and identify certain electrical problems, thus warning of impending trouble before malfunction occurs.

ISM Holding's operations range from athlete management services for several professional sports figures and the solicitation of sponsorships and endorsements, to the ownership of automobile racing teams. ISM owns and operates several racing teams competing in both NASCAR and Indy Racing League Teams. The company generates the majority of revenues related to its racing teams from sponsors, which pay from $50,000 to several million dollars for various types of sponsorship.
