So in other words, Sam is the most qualified of ALL THE SHAREHOLDERS. I disagree. I would be just as content if REW had a board position.

"" Now with all due respect to Marty, it could also mean that management does not feel the need to be bullied by a bunch of e-mailed statements, without proof of accuracy as to shares, that Marty should be on the board. How can the share count be proven? Anyone could have put any number of shares down that they wanted. I personally would like to see Marty on the BOD, however, being in business, I can see managements side of the equation. To ascertain that they are hiding something is ludicrous.
