Remember now.
We had the financing approved over a week ago.
Yet, management had two more possible sources
they were looking at. Just maybe a last minute
offer was made that they couldn't refuse. Possible.

I'm staying positive on this delay. I have no reason
to doubt this late in the game. I haven't been lied
to in the past. That means everything to me. The
deals may have changed, but we have been told
about them. We can't be told every tid-bit. That
may hurt the company if everyone knew what we
were doing. Right? It's JMO!

They stated as an absolute fact in the shareholder materials sent out that the closing "would be completed in May" or some such words, as I recall. If it doesn't, I guess they have filed false information with the SEC, which in actual fact, was misleading us shareholders. These baseball player/executives are going to strike out with the SEC if they don't close on time. And I would not even for one moment hesitate to bring it to their attention. Maybe that would convince them that they need professional management. First, they exclude shareholders from their meeting by re-scheduling it to a holiday weekend, then they screw up the closing. Then, they misinform, or uninform, their own people. I bet Mr. Antebi is not happy either.
