Sorry didn't mean to imply I know all - meant to say simply you do not - I realize having an engineering back ground as you do being anal is normal - sorry not to have recognized this sooner - this is not a condemnation of you it's a fact of life

Chris -thought you were an engineer type from your respondse etc sorry - but VCR's originally sold for $1500 ++ RCA was one the first using VHS since Sony acquired the rights for BETA format - I think from RCA - regardless many thousands were sold world wide in the initial premium pricing - I believe the EDIG/LU systems will merit a premium price over the current products available because it can handle the various formats EPAC MP3 etc.- MICROS allows that - don't know about DVD - CD's perhaps - as for economics I've taken plenty of classes simply and advanced - had you you would know that the principles of economics rarely work in the real world - they're better suited to a void
