Don't expect immediate results from any ad campaign. Test markets have proven over and over again it takes a bell curve of awareness to set in. Top-of-mind is a delayed function of advertising. That is, sales will continue to climb when all ads cease for exactly the same period of time it took to achieve initial awareness.

Once you have reached public awareness, you have momentum and that must never cease in a competitive market. There can be weeks of hiatus without a dip, but once momentum is underway, it must be fed regularly. I have a feeling Glenn is fully aware of the bell curve."
