Zeev- What if the OEM(s) utilizing the new li-poly VLNC lap-top battery are not ready to announce their new products? What if they have full-blown Christmas marketing plans that just aren't scheduled to kick off until June. How could VLNC announce they are producing for these guys? In a word, they can't and Lev told us so. Secondly, don't be dumb...they signed a "purchase order" for a substantial amount of product which, in the eyes of the SEC would clearly be considered a material event and thus MUST BE REPORTED. Finally, on the heals of the law suit re-instatment, why would they even tinker with false hype? They have been so damn conservative since Lev's return that, unlike you, I think this is an uderstatement of their current state of the state. From a purely "legal" sense, this is more logical. In fact, this is all elementary logic...unlike your assesment..which I might add, was WAY out of character for your usually level headed posts. HC
