With all due respect, who do you think got tsig the babe ruth deal? Just in case you forgot, it is sam. Also, Marty has all the qualifications and more to be on tsig's bod. He ran a co of his own from start-up to success, which he eventually sold. Now, what more experience does any body need? He brought John from cohesive.
