Same PR company as LAKO and JNNE, and the much-talked-of WOTD.

Markets down massively last Mon & Tues, yet volume steadily picking up on VRDE while it reaches modestly new highs both days.

Contracts signed and rumored.

Website coming from hot designer.

Strong rumors of contracts and promotional campaign to be announced next week!

Why else would they hire a hot PR firm if they weren't going to have anything to PR ?!!!

LAUN should be huge tomorrow. Look at their news after the bell. Their deals with AOL, MSFT CNET, SONY look huge. They will be on CNBC tomorrow. ''We are pleased to report strong revenue and traffic growth as we start 1999,'' said David Goldberg, chief executive officer. ''LAUNCH has a strong strategic position in the online music field due to our outstanding content, close relationships with major artists and record labels and strong strategic alliances with leading Internet portals.''

LAUNCH.com's audience continued its strong growth during the quarter. The number of registered users on LAUNCH.com increased 63% from December 1998 to 1.1 million as of March 31, 1999, and the number of unique visitors to the site also increased to 1.1 million in March 1999. ''We will be rolling out innovative traffic-building initiatives such as the exclusive digital download tracks from the Beastie Boys that we announced this morning. We expect to host other strategic marketing events as we aggressively work to increase the number of registered users on the site and continue to grow our music community on the Web,'' added Goldberg.

New Alliances and Partnerships

LAUNCH added to its growing list of prominent partnerships during the first quarter, including:

-- Anchor tenancy on the music area of America Online (NYSE:AOL - news).
LAUNCH will provide music news headlines, artist biographies and
exclusive artist features within the music section of AOL's
Entertainment Channel (keyword: LAUNCH). LAUNCH will also provide
links to concert reviews, artist biographies and discographies,
music videos and upcoming concert information.

-- A content distribution agreement with Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT - news).
LAUNCH was named the premier music content provider for the MSN
Entertainment Channel, the entertainment feature of www.msn.com
that provides end-users with information related to
entertainment. LAUNCH will provide music content including music
news, exclusive features and interviews, album reviews, artist
biographies and music chats.

-- A multi-tiered strategic partnership with Sony Music
Entertainment in conjunction with the acquisition of SW Networks.
LAUNCH also acquired the rights to broadcast Sony Music's video
library on LAUNCH.com. The videos will be broadcast using
streaming video technology.

-- An alliance with EchoStar (Nasdaq:DISH - news). LAUNCH will be added to
EchoStar's high-speed interactive channel services, offering
LAUNCH's interactive music, entertainment and advertising via
satellite on an Intel architecture-based multimedia PC or via
television through EchoStar's specially designed satellite
receiver. LAUNCH is scheduled to debut on EchoStar's interactive
channel services during the fourth quarter of 1999.

-- A content distribution agreement with Snap! to provide NBC and
CNET's Snap! Internet portal company with music content for both
Snap.com and the newly launched Snap.com for higher-speed users.
LAUNCH will offer Snap.com users artist biographies and music
headlines, and will also showcase select multimedia content.
