Yes, when the small gray login box pops up, you put in the first six digits of your account.

The profile only has to be filled out once. The next time you IOI it will be filled out.

Once your initial application is accepted it is saved and you don't have to fill it out each time with the exception of : email address and daytime phone number (for some reason these two items never seem to save).
