Regardless, ANOTHER FUND MGR, has bought stock in srcm. MW - You are correct, but this is the first time that General RE has had to file Form 13F so we don't know when they bought their SRCM stock. It could have been March 1999 or it could have been a long time ago. All we know is that as of 3/31/99 they owned it.
