NEWS!!!!SCS Solars monthly contract revenues ahead of target SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc SCS Shares issued 30,557,801 1999-05-25 close $1.07 Wednesday May 26 1999 Mr. Frank Wells reports Monthly contract revenues are a full two months ahead of management's target and now exceed $100,000 (U.S.). Solars' initial focus has been to secure and commission long-term contracts on a core target of consolidators in North America and more recently in Europe. This, coupled with a revenue sharing agreement with Orbit Network, Inc., has seen the company's first sales target exceed $100,000 per month. Frank Wells, chairman commented: "This excellent news has been primarily brought about by two factors. The first being the way in which data is loaded onto the Solarnet Travel Network. After weeks of work by our development team, Solars has reduced upload time by 50 per cent and we can now get our customers up and running much faster. The second is the growth in business from our revenue sharing agreement with Orbit and our Tourtek product in which Solars has a 49 per cent ownership." Mr. Wells added, "With the average contract term being four years, a further 30 contracts currently in the pipeline and our recent successful launch in the U.K., we are now considering upgrading our forecasts."
