Is Autobyteldirect.com going to be a tracking stock like ziff davis's ZDZ Znet? Or is it going to be a wholly owned subsidiary like Navidec's NVDC driveoff.com or is it just a Spin Out versus a spin off (for tax and dividend purposes) or does it intend to trace Mike Dell's CarDirect.com that together with his Gigabuys he spent some of that >$300M he cashed in from Dell earlier (I got out of Dell at its high, I admit by luck)?
