I'll let the esteemed NN tackle the rest but as for #2, never gonna happen. Israelis love to see Israeli companies soar on wall street and would probably be happier with CMVT at 100 than a budget surplus. Just my impression from a few years there.

CM,

As far as the dope goes, I am going to have to cut you off soon as I have gone straight edge. Of course, for me that means I have swore off internet stocks. No mas.

Yesterdays trading action had to be more than just Goldman flexing their muscles. I have still not been able to figure out what it was all about, but I guess somebody needs to own this stock in a real bad way. Maybe they sold it and started to get withdrawal symptoms and had to buy it back.

With Lucent's recent layoffs at Octel and move to increase its partnering arrangements with that other fearsome competitor, Centigram Communications (CGRM-nice earnings guys-ha!) perhaps we have something to fear.

NOT

BTW I also hear Verwayaan, our favorite Dutch dealmaker, has put away his road atlas and is learning his way around Israel. Good for him, but I would highly recommend a GPS navigation system that can tell him exactly where he is.
