A Post From Yahoo..... By Randix98 dated 06/05/1999: You have a point and that public statement ("The Company has agreed on definitive basic terms with two potential marketing and distribution partners.... ) continues to provide me with confidence that a substantive arrangement will be forthcoming. After everything that has been "thrown" at this company, anyone who thinks they would make that statement in a public SEC filing and aren't darn serious, has a serious mental problem. Anyone who continues to carry a short position or gulp, adds to it, in the face of that statement, upon the belief that they don't believe CCSI will be forthcoming with a substantive and credible arrangement that will be accepted by those who matter (institutions, analysts, etc.), is taking an enormous risk, especially given the fact that there are 3.3 million shares short out of 15m outstanding, with the real float nowhere near what you see when you pull up a profile on this company. The risk/reward at the moment is clearly with the longs, and I continue to hold my own position and add to it. I personally believe the current application is significant and will provide CCSI with significant on-going revenues, but my investment in this company, has always been predicated on the belief that this one application in the long term, will contribute a relatively small percent of revenues compared to other applications, not only in the medical field, but cosmetics, dental, etc. CCSI is not a trade in my portfolio, but an investment, and perhaps that colors my attitude; having said that, if I did not have confidence in my position, I wouldn't be in the stock. The "Wexlers" and "Robins" of the world do not influence what I buy, sell or hold; but I do understand the predicament that shorts find themselves in at this point in light of CCSI's recent public statements, and no one should be surprised at their antics. Having said that, their conduct is inexcusable and the personal grief they have caused unrelated to the stock is unconscionable, and it would not surprise me if that is not addressed in an appropriate forum at an appropriate time.
