I've heard the news release has now been delayed to next monday. Apparently, there have been some recent developments with Sattel that they are going to announce together with financial information for VTC.

I have learned recently that Sattel is doing incredibly well. Once the final deal is done this company will be spun off. Just means greater shareholder value.

Looks like some games are being played to keep the price down before the company starts the promotion phase.
