There is growing dissent in Serbia, and I think FEW Serbs will be willing to continue
rallying behind a leader who has been indicted as a was criminal.

Surely you're joking. You think most Serbs care that Milosovic has been ndicted by Western bureaucrats? This will be spun in Serbia as simply another attempt by Nato to take over Yugoslavia, to eliminate the one person who has the strength to resist the KLA-Nato axis, and as an indication of the desparation of the West as Serbia refuses to buckle under to the criminal Clinton.

Do you think Britain would have turned its back on Churchill if Hitler had indicted him as a war criminal?

from BBC "I would say that the future of the province doesn't look
very hopeful at all. I imagine that there are many tens of
thousands of refugees who won't come back at all. They
will resettle maybe in Albania, maybe they'll emigrate to
the United States, Canada, Australia, those countries
that took quite a few refugees from the Bosnian conflict."

I'm not so sure about this. Nations under attack tend to rally behind leaders, and an indictment coming from an opponent in a running war is easy to dismiss as a propaganda move.
