I think that you are absolutely right; so that would disqualify him on the face of the argument. I do remember that MB and he got into it on the Dell thread. And while I am not a Dell thread expert by any means, he generally seems more reasonable than than the rest of the crowd. And I think Mohan's post earlier was absolutely bingo.

To me the whole deal is the in your face character that the jott's take on.
