Michael,

The average is lagging the average by a pretty hefty margin. Ignore it if you want to.

Now, my investing horrizon is 40 years as I started investing at 25. Name 5 fund managers (out of the 10 thousand+ that there has been) who have outperformed the market over 40 years in the past.

And if you, who does this stuff full time cannot, it would be impossible for me to find such managers, don't you agree? Lotto would seem easier in comparison.
