Some thoughts.

I'm pretty sure that Everen and Paulson aren't smart enough to time the IPO right deliberately, but they still have a shot at doing it by accident. As in last quarter, January saw a massive runup in internet stocks coinciding with earnings season, followed by a correction in February. Although this internet correction was fairly predictable in its' timing, it is steeper. I was hoping that the IPO would come together in April, to coincide with the scheduled bout of internet mania. If the internets stabilize and start to rally in June, NETR might be well received. As for NAVR, I've seen traders venture outside their usual stomping grounds to go where the action is when the market is quiet.
