I'm going to respond to my own question...I just found the following on ZDNet(apparently there is a rumor going around about YHOO buying
CKFR):

Yahoo Eyes CheckFree...
Amazon Sales Up...
Microsoft Buys Into Internet2...

YAHOO LOOKS TO CASH IN ON YOUR BILLS
Yahoo could make a play for all or part of CheckFree, the online bill-paying firm. So say analysts who met with Yahoo CEO Tim Koogle and heard of his interest in CheckFree. Both companies refuse comment. Still, one analyst says it would be the most successful acquisition Yahoo ever made, a "tremendous advantage." Yahoo could keep CheckFree from other portals and say 'come to our site to pay all your bills.' Jesse's take: Just one more sign portals are heading toward becoming ecommerce centers. Click for more.

This "rumor" of YHOO buying CKFR is about a month old...Is there any chance of it actually happening?
