Manohar Kanuri, Most of my call writing is done on the semi's. I would consider other stocks if the volatility is there. My preference is for stocks between $20& $50.00. To me the ideal stock is one that has: 1) good fundamentals 2) an up trending pattern 3) day to day volatility that is not easily explained 4) Has the likelihood of doubling over the next twelve months. I do one month calls only and even if something is called away there is always something in this group that is out of step with the rest of the pack If you have other suggestions send me a PM and I'll consider them.
