In support of jackhatch, why don't we agree that TA is an inexact science that deals with estimates and general trends.

We should do our own DD and take advice from those we trust as we choose.

Thanks,

Jim

Hey guys,

I hope CMGI has the same kind of day IBM had going into their split.
That January 11th, 1999 kind of day would be even better.

Steve

Nearly every thread has a post policeman (or two) who prides him/herself on attacking others honest/sincere mistakes.

These are the same guys/gals who rarely got ANY in college, still have their first communion money, have lousy/cold relations with their families, and just generally make other people's lives miserable.

They continually focus on other people's lives and not very much on their own. At first you think they are just offering constructive criticism in the name of community benefit, however, when you deal with them in specific human terms -- you soon realize that their only true objective is to make certain that they somehow stand taller and superior to you. They are a better species. We all know the type...

Like I say -- usually every thread, office, neighborhood, Elks Lodge, and Little League has one or two of these types. You can see them every week on your local/town cable channel complaining about high taxes and poor service. When their kids get good grades -- its because of the superior parenting, when the kid gets poor grades -- its the school system or teacher's fault.

Sorry all -- I was just watching some very sad TV. I should hope nobody takes offense, that's my final vent for the night.

PEACE!

-JH

In support of JACKHASH:

You are criticizing the wrong person. True blame should be directed to CNBC and army of their expert guests who come before national TV and ridicule the entire internet stocks. Even CNBC admitted and reported most of their comments are biased because they SHORTed the stocks and make negative comments on stocks they sold short without disclosing their positions. They have revolving guest seats on CNBC .
