On revenue - they have been getting a lot from cocoa transportation. Here is an older press release:
NYCH (which is NYRR's), in conjunction with with the Port Authority of NY/NJ and online warehousing and stevedoring customers, developed a
unique transportation system to now handle 57% of the nation's cocoa supply. NYCH has dedicated two carfloats to service this requirement.
