Flextronics has just upgraded their enterprise systems. According to press releases, notes from the conference calls, and SEC filings, the company has upgraded their enterprise systems to new software in the last several years. In fact, probably over 80% of all their production systems have been installed within the last four years. I don't think they have much of a Y2K problem internally. As to their reliance on external suppliers who might be disrupted, this I don't know. Paul
