"This appears to be a misunderstanding. If I remember correctly, REW has provided all the names with the shares." One problem with that is that I would venture to guess that 90% of the shares given to REW are in street name and not in the names of the individual investor. One other thing I think needs to be addressed is that no other shareholder or person be placed on the BOD without a proxy vote by shareholders. If they won't take Dr. Frankel by the means garnered to TSIG, then no appeasement can be provided by them with someone else. I have put my shares on the back burner and I am not going to post any more. I will check back only on a monthly basis. If something drastic should happen, I am sure someone will get in touch with me. Regards, V
