Sector Bell Curve. This shows how the market is positioned. Last year when the market declined most sectors were to the right of this bell curve. Currently this bell curve is more "normal" than over weighted. Meaning, there isn't as far to fall if the market isn't over bought completely... Yeah, something like that.
