***OT***ALL.....Information on DOW's open on Friday----->

As many of you know General Motors will finalize their spinoff of
Delphi (DPH) this coming Friday.

The following will take place. Take the closing price of DPH at the
close of the market tomorrow and multiply it by 0.69893

With the result multiply it by 4.72

This will be the amount that the DOW will trade down at the open this coming Friday.

With today's close I figure the DOW would be down 64 1/2 points.

Will update you all tomorrow. Let's hope every investor is aware of
this situation happening and will not let the opening of the DOW this
Friday affect his or her investment decisions.

Best.....J.D.

Well, sure, you're right, of course.

But when the Naz takes a nose dive into an empty pool, I don't worry about the pool appearing empty. I just want to be the one with that extendo-hook that when properly applied, pulls me on board.

I've always wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your posts. It's my opinion, though, that you're going to have to work harder at this. Mohan may end up being Dell's top PR dog and your broad shoulders are just going to have to pull is load.

And if Mohan was hired by MD for an undisclosed amount of stock and options, the world would be a better place.

He'd remember all of the sick and needy on this thread.

Best regards,

Mark
