VaxGen is waiting for SEC approval before a definite IPO date is scheduled. The tentative time is sometime in July. The final pricing will be done the night before the IPO is released.

I hear tentative pricing will be around 7/4/99 and tentative IPO date is 7/14/99, assuming S-1 filing of 5/7/99 with SEC goes smoothly.
