Michael: You are right. CSCO and MSFT have both done the same thing DELL is doing...and then they recovered and moved up to new highs. Actually, DELL's current sales and earnings growth rate is greater than Cisco's and DELL now has a lower Forward P/E. I noticed that the Janus 20 Fund has AS MUCH in DELL as in Cisco and they haven't given up on DELL (it's one of the top 3 holdings).

I feel very comfortable holding DELL shares for the LONG TERM.
