A Wall St. Journal analyst by the name of Doug Sease does a segment a couple of times a week titled "Sleeper Stocks". He named PERI as one of these today along with FLYR. He profiles two "sleeper" stocks in each 5 minute segment on CNBC around 5:30 PM EST. The main points he brought forth was that they have good growth and 2 other companies in the sector have recently been taken over, no LTD, lots of cash, and a good takeover candidate projected to grow at 40% a year.

PERI - I saw the CNBC segment also. Just to add one more thing - he also said that although PERI has not received any buyout offers to date their 2 largest competitors (I forgot the names and I don't own this stock...yet) have been taken out within the past year.

In summary he thought it was a value play and a possible takeover target as a bonus.
