Of course the great unknown is if Siegfried and Jeff pull a rabbitt out with some PR

This is just my "wild guess" --

Actually I think that there will be no major PR announcement for a few days, and I think the Mr. B may be selling some shares during this window period. He sold 180K shares about 6 months ago. There was no split announcement, shares price corrections...best time for him to sell another 200K shares without much complications and fanfare.
