For anyone thinking about buying RSYS, it is a much better deal to buy TEXM.

TEXM is to be acquired by RSYS at a 4:1 ratio (unless RSYS goes over 40, in which case it is a 5:1 ratio). Buying TEXM today at 6.375 is like buying RSYS at a discount (25 instead of 32)!

So buying TEXM instead of RSYS guarantees you're better off, unless RSYS goes over 40 in 3 months (in which case you're well in the money anyway....). I also think there will be pressure for RSYS not to go over 40 in the next 3 months, because people are buying TEXM and shorting RSYS (due to the gap mentioned above).

Good luck to all!

congratulations dylan for hanging tough these years. your persistance is paying off - especially since you averaged down in the $20s.
