Dude when a company makes a technological claim it is up to them to back it up, not for the naysayers to prove it wrong. Mr. Porcari has posted that this companies video compression can make a file that is 6 to 10 times smaller than the other popular formats at an equivalent quality level. Let's see it. Post the same, full color clip in several different formats. Very simple for NCDR to do if they had anything, but they don't.

PR Release: Springfield Power in conjunction with Amalgamated Hay has developed a new video and audio compression technique based on the recently aproved MP4 standard that is 60 to 100 times better than current compression technologies. Charles Montgomery Burns, owner of Springfield Power, had the following to say about the new technology, "There hasn't been anything this revolutionary in video since motion pictures themselves were invented back in my formative years. With our new technology, brought about through research funded by Springfield Power, and headed up by the imminent scientist Professor John Frink(http://www.internerd.com/frinky/) it will be possible to deliver streaming audio and video over a 1200 baud modem, doing away with the need for all that new fangled high speed internet which is currently being clogged down with a pish posh of poorly compressed information from such companies as AOL, RNWK, MSFT, YHOO, EBAY, AMZN. This is just the latest in a long line of inventions(http://www.internerd.com/frinky/frink.asp?type=IN&page=museum) Prof. Frink has produced in his long and distinguished career."

Now stevietout, prove this isn't real. Looks like my little Springfield Power Co. will soon be putting your NCDR out of business seeing as how our vaporware compression is an order of magnitude better than yours at the same believablity level.
Mr. Burns
