<<Fundamentals unchanged. Don't panic

This is life in the internet sector. Net Perceptions is an infant niche company in the infant stages of the internet era. They like most internet cos are down due to the worries of overvaluation, and potential interest rate increases to control inflation. Net Perceptions will have many glorious days in the future. I am long NETP at 18 (1,000 shrs) and plan on holding for a long time. My studies, as a CFA and CPA working for a large trust company, reflect choppy waters in the internet sector for the next month. However, just today, we saw some instutitions adding to their holdings in AOL, DCLK, and RNWK (3 internet giants). Net Percetions has excellent mgmt, good and improving fundamentals, and most importantly - an excellent product in an ever expanding advertising segment of the internet. On a temporary note, LPGL is IPOing two cos within the next month which may help the price of NETP. Many people will research LPGL as I did, and find out about other holdings such as NETP. Once NETP is discovered, (and it will be) this stock will rocket forward. Buy at these prices while you still can. BUT DON'T BE AN IDIOT AND MARGIN AN INTERNET COMPANY, OR ANY OTHER CO FOR THAT MATTER. ALSO, DON'T LET THE SHORTS SCARE YOU. For those of you who are down, you will be glad you held. For those of you who sold in the low 20's and under, the market is no place for you. Stay with CDs. >>
