I already have. I would not have put over half of my portfolio into this issue without doing a thorough background on the new management.

You are bringing up the past. This is a whole new company.

Look a little closer. That litigation is against the old management and the old company. All of that from what I have been told has gone bye, bye.
Now if you can forward some court documents showing that the litigation is against the current company and current management, then I will carefully read over those documents myself. Then I will decide at that particular time if the litigation carries any validity concerning STRU's future.

It is my understanding that new management was shareholders of the company. I don't think old shareholders would want to do a takeover of a company unless they truly believed in the potential of the company.

I will follow up tomorrow and speak directly with both parties on this University issue and report back to the thread what I find out and give my opinion on it.

Please, tell us more of what we are missing.

I am all ears and eyes.
