Exactly. It's a last ditch effort to somehow try to get a deal on compensation for past patent infringements. They're losing the patent infringement suit, so now they accuse SNDK of tortious interference with their business. It's a dangerous strategy because, if their claims have no basis in law or in fact, Lexar could end up on the receiving end of court sanctions.
