I'd say, apart from smoke and mirrors, this move is also equal to admitting that FAMH cannot proceed with AA in the front chair.

Doesn't that give a better base for Class Action suit ?

It's obvious that AA as chairman of the board, is still holding the strings, thus nothing has changed - Until we see that someone (Albi?) take over his major part of shares.
