That is completely wrong. or NATO is not estimating, NATO is bombing NATO doesn't care what Milosevitch's opponents say, they don't count on rebellions, though they will occur, NATO is just bombing. It started with a very long list of hard targets, it seems to be entering a soft target phase. The Serbian military is enjoined, you might say, and the vulnerable civilian underbelly is exposed. It is a very simple cost equation. An enormous amount of NATO capital has gone into this vivisection, it was not done for the benefit of the public. This dismemberment is real. The crisis in Kosovo will end, and it won't be on Serbian terms.
